Bulandshahr
Khurja Developement Authority (BKDA) was established by Uttar Pradesh
Government vide their order dated 21/08/1987. The Commissionar of meerut
is the chairman of BKDA. There are 15 other officers are member of the
board. UP Government declared Bulandshahr Khurja Development region
by its GO dated 19-12-1992 and extended it's limits to cover-up
Bulandshahr, Khurja, Sikandrabad and Jahagirabad municipility and villages
for development by GO dated 25-06-1998.The development area under BKDA
includes 195 villages of above mentioned municipilities. The main
objective of BKDA is to acquire land for developing residential and
commercial schemes to facilitate citizens by providing them affordable &
economic housing, in order to keep entire developments in preplanned
manner the preparation and implementation of master plans, improving
infrastructure by construction of new roads, drainage system, sever
facility , broadening of main roads and beautification by the arrangements
of lights, amusement parks etc.
BKDA is committed to provide facilities
for industrial, educational and residential purposes in it's development
area. Bulandshahr, due to falling into National Capital Region(NCR),
becomes hot & most focused city for builders, colonizers and
industrialists due to its aproach from Delhi, Geater Noida and Noida. The
price of land is much cheaper in Bulandshahr as compare to price of land
in Delhi and Noida besides 40 minutes run from Delhi.The proposed projects
like airport in Jevar and Ganga-Express-Way making it more versatile &
